UCP of NYC has joined the five Downstate ARCs in Partners Health Plan (PHP) – a first-of-its-kind Fully Integrated Duals Advantage Plan (FIDA) to provide integrated health and long term care for dually eligible adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
