OPWDD is offering virtual and in-person forums across the state for people receiving supports, their families, and others to hear about and provide public comments on its 2023-2027 Strategic Plan progress.

Please limit your submission of this form to one time. You will receive a confirmation email (if provided) following your submission. Although registration is not required, it is strongly encouraged.
Speaker Information: To accommodate as many speakers as possible, public comment will be limited to 3 minutes. Additional time may be allotted after all speakers have had an opportunity to speak.
