“The top priorities of government should be making sure that our most vulnerable in our communities are taken care of,” said state Sen. George Amedore, (R-Rotterdam). “We have an emergency because our direct care providers are in desperate need of individuals who provide that care, that love and compassion, to take care of our most vulnerable in the state of New York.”
