24 Mar CP State partners with Day and Employment expert
CP State continues to anticipate and address Affiliate needs by bringing in Pat Dowse as a consultant for Day and Employment programs.
Dowse, who has more than 30 years of experience in employment and workforce skill advocacy for people with disabilities, will assist in innovating and setting priorities for the CP State Affiliate Day and Employment programs. She is the owner of Dowsefactor, which works with various organizations to help people with disabilities lead inclusive lives.
“Pat Dowse’s depth of knowledge and experience on employment issues concerning people who identify with disabilities is unsurpassed,” said Mike Alvaro, President and CEO of CP State. “We are excited to have such a resource available for our Affiliates.”
Dowse has dedicated her career to helping people with disabilities, previously working at the New York State Rehabilitation Association (NYSRA), Albany ARC, and the New York Alliance for Inclusion and Innovation.
