12 Jan Commissioner Delaney Visits Upstate CP Centers of Excellence

Kerry Delaney, Acting Commissioner of OPWDD along with her team, visited the Upstate Cerebral Palsy Tradewinds Children’s Residential Program (CRP) recently. The program, along with a similar program at Developmental Disabilities Institute and The Center for Discovery in Sullivan County, are working together as the Centers of Excellence in the Care and Treatment of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Other Complex Disabilities.  Read more about the project HERE.
