Bethany L. Brown is the Director of Human Resources at Racker in Ithaca, NY, where she has been employed for 20 years. Working in the disability services industry and supporting staff has been a joy of Bethany’s and her primary focus has been increasing staff support through leadership and staff development, DEIA work, wellness, and compensation and benefits.
Bethany is certified through SHRM and HRCI as SPHR-SCP, and recently obtained a DEIA certification through eCornell. Bethany lives in Watkins Glen with her husband, three children, and a ridiculous number of cats, dogs, and fish.
