Favorite part of the job: I love working with my incredible & inspiring students! I also have some of the most supportive & wonderful co-workers! I love the relationships I build with my students, the possibility of making a difference, and the things I learn along with way. Working as a speech-language pathologist challenges me, and also makes me so appreciative. I love encouraging individuals at all ability levels to communicate more effectively. I like to think I am helping to change  the world one word at a time!

Best experience on the job: One of my favorite days at CLC is when a student receives their very own communication device. I love seeing a student's face light up once they realize the device is theirs to keep and they can take it home. The device is their VOICE and they are so excited to use it to communicate!! This is one of the BEST feelings and why I love my job so much!
