Biopic would star: Nicholas Cage plays me for the whole movie, but they never address his age or that he looks nothing like me

Favorite part of the job: Making connections with people we plan to support, their families, schools, programs, Care Managers, and all the others involved who can help us learn how to provide the best services to that person. I love getting to see how much families care about their child or sibling who has needs and learning all of their weird quirks that make them who they are!

Best experience on the job:  The three big days for my work on Wellesley IRA's opening were: the day all the families met at the home for some champagne and paperwork, the day of the opening, and the day of the ribbon cutting. It was so nice to see that everyone was sharing in my excitement about the accomplishments of these young men, or exceeding it!

Movie Moment: My life has blessedly not been exciting enough for the silver screen. I would never watch a movie about a guy who loves his wife and dog, enjoys a good hike, plays too many videogames, makes long drives for too-short visits with friends, or can't grow plants, but that's okay by me.
