Favorite part of the job: Fortunately, I have many "favorites" when it comes to my job.  But, the thing that keeps me feeling fulfilled is the interactions that I get to have on a day to day basis.  There have been countless times, where after speaking with someone we support or their family, I truly believe I've made a difference.  It's those interactions that fill my cup and keep me pushing forward in everything that I do.  My job is not something I have to do, it is something I GET to do.

Best experience on the job:  I've had many so many great experiences since being with Kelberman, that I am not sure I can pinpoint any particular "day" or "experience" and hail it as the "best".  When you work with the greatest colleagues and organization... For the greatest reasons and community.. Every day is the best day.  Every experience is the best experience.
