Favorite part of the job: A rewarding part of my job is knowing that I have made a positive impact on families, whether small or large. Responding to a distressed call from a parent or loved one and providing calm in a stressful situation brings me immense joy, even in the background. This personal touch restores the humanity often lost when dealing with names on a spreadsheet or numbers in a column. It touches my heart when I receive an email, written note, or small token of gratitude from a family member.

Best experience on the job: The best experience I have had in my current position is witnessing the significant impact my department have on the agency, the persons supported, and their families.  We approach every case with unwavering energy and dedication. Despite out growing caseload, our commitment to integrity and each other underscores out devotion to those we serve.
