Bingewatching Snack: Popcorn or nacho dip with nachos

Favorite part of the job: Interacting with individuals in a natural setting and watching them  reach their goals. I also enjoy watching those moments when individuals will be supportive of their peers and when a individual is able to self-correct a behavior.

Best experience on the job: A field day that staff and individuals actively participated in (relay race, obstacle course, pie throwing contest (at staff) and a water fight). It was so nice to see and experience a day that everyone just had fun.

Movie Moment: One of the funnier moments that I can remember was prior to covid when we would sing songs in the van and wait for vans to arrive at hub. We would play the music load with the doors open , dance and sing outside as the vans arrived. The song that was playing was YMCA by the Village People. As we sang a gentle man in a black suit with a briefcase watched . It was at this moment he joined in and the individuals began to cheer. It was funny to see a member in the community take part in the moment.
