Favorite part of the job: The individuals we serve is of course. I love how they are excited to see me and have become quite a big part of my life in the last 18 years. It feels great to make a difference in someone's life. That is not the only thing that is my favorite part of my job. I also have the pleasure to work with and beside an amazing team every day. Having a team like I have makes me feel like I never work a day in my life as I love what I do. Even the crazy days. When you work hard dreams come true:)

Best experience on the job:  The day I received my current position "Assistant Residential Director" was the best. I have been a dedicated and a hard worker at Able 2, but I never thought I would be an Assistant Residential Director. I was so excited when I was offered to take on this new role and experience new things. The leaders here have taught me so much and been so supportive. I have had opportunity to learn new things and attend many leadership trainings. I can't thank them enough for believing in me and this award!
