Favorite part of the job: The best part of the job is the daily interactions with the individuals. The conversations with the individuals, whether it be about what they had for dinner the night before, where they went shopping during the weekend. Each interaction with the individuals is a learning experience; I always learn something new.

Best experience on the job: The best day/experience I have had in my current position is the interaction that occurred when conducting a social skills group. These individuals were new to one another and were not getting along well, and with one group we experienced so much laughter, and ended the group with everyone learning something new about one another. From that group, the individuals developed such an amazing bond.
