Favorite part of the job: Interacting with the staff and individuals in the IRAs.  I enjoy seeing/hearing how the staff work with each other and with the individuals they serve.  This gives me a better understanding when completing an investigation.

Best experience on the job: Seeing a genuine bond of care and compassion between the individuals and the staff.

Movie Moment: The epiphany that individuals with developmental disabilities serve as our teachers.  As teachers they educate us to truly understand selfless, sacrificial, unconditional love beyond our limited understanding.  They give us the opportunity to learn and grow both independently and collectively as a society.
