Favorite part of the job: The favorite part of my job is I love that my job is not routine; having the opportunity to work with our individuals where I get a chance to aid them in having a good quality of life. I also enjoy working with the staff.

Best experience on the job: My best experience was transferring from the Central office to working closely with the individuals at the Day program. It was then when I got a sense of purpose and a better understanding of the Agency's mission for the people we serve.
