Favorite part of the job: My favorite part of my job is taking care of the lady's medical needs. Making sure they get the care they need and stay healthy.

Best experience on the job: One of the ladies in the group home never showed any interest in swimming. Through the years when we went swimming with the other residents at a pool or lake, she sat on the side looking unhappy and discontent. Staff always encourage her to try the water. She always refused.

We went to the Villa Roma and she was looking for her bathing suit. When she found it, she put it on and proceed to walk me to the pool. When we reach the pool, she jumped in. She was swimming. I was so happy for her.
