Favorite part of the job: My favorite part is the feedback I receive from all the residents, letting me know that they really appreciate the care that I am providing and also gives me a sense of worth knowing that I am working every day to help them achieve their goals and to make their lives better.

Best experience on the job: Honestly, I can't talk about one particular best day because when you have a great management team, an excellent staff that I'm being part of and all those fantastic residents to take good care of, every day is a new day. I'm making the best of every moment.
