My favorite part of my job is seeing kids excited and proud reaching their goals and milestones. It is so rewarding to watch the progress they make, becoming more independent and engaged in every day life.

One of my favorite experiences at my job so far was when I was able to help a child use their communication device to tell their parent, "I love you" for the first time.
