Favorite part of the job: The best part of my job is the confidence in knowing that I am making a difference, building relationships, and being a part of a supportive community of caregivers that are helping individuals to achieve greater independence to improve their quality of life.

Best experience on the job: One of the best experiences I have had in my role as a charge nurse is to observe the individuals develop skills or hobbies that can be rewarding and empowering for them.  Example, I watched one of my patient with limited abilities learn to communicate with eye gestures and to observe her growing confidence is very rewarding
