Hello
Tracy Flagella
Aspire of WNY
Position
Intake & Outreach Coordinator
About Me
Favorite Movie: Practical Magic
Genre: comedy, horror, action, science fiction, romance, drama, mystery - I love it all!!
Favorite Actor: Brad Pitt
Favorite Actress: Sandra Bullock
Favorite Director: Tim Burton
Bingewatching Snack: kettle corn of course (since I'm the proud new owner of a kettle corn food truck - my side hustle on the weekends!)
Biopic would star: Sandra Bullock
Favorite part of the job: As an Intake/Outreach Coordinator/Home Service Director I enjoy helping individuals and their families navigate what they often find the complicated and overwhelming system after they receive an I/DD diagnosis. I take pride in reducing their stress level by sending them in the right direction with valuable information so that they can choose the best course of action for their loved one. I feel that my staff see me as an approachable leader who is willing to assist them in any of their needs.
Best experience on the job: I have had so many wonderful experiences at Aspire of WNY over the past 20 years so it's impossible to settle on just one. I have worked in direct care, to an administrative assistant, to a Medicaid Service Coordinator, to a Team Coordinator, to an Intake/Outreach Associate, to my current position as an Intake/Outreach Coordinator/HSD along with being an agency Investigator. Therefore, I will just say that I'm honored to be chosen by my colleagues to receive this award at CP State this year.
