Favorite part of the job: My favorite part of my role is the opportunity to facilitate and witness transformative career journeys. Guiding individuals through the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes is immensely fulfilling, particularly when I see individuals embark on paths they hadn’t initially envisioned. Witnessing them discover purpose and fulfillment within our organization is truly rewarding!

Best experience on the job: Our monthly DSP hiring events have been such great experiences. Our team of recruiters and training assistants do such an amazing job when sharing information about ADAPT and their own professional experiences, conducting interviews, and providing job offers on the spot. After the challenges of the pandemic, where in-person interactions were limited and the job market was particularly tough, it has been incredibly uplifting to see a resurgence of enthusiasm and engagement from job seekers.
