Favorite part of the job: Spending time with the individuals and supporting them with community activities.  Helping the individuals be the best they can be in their daily lives and helping them discover their abilities and enhancing their lives.  I enjoy working with the staff at Rielly and helping new staff learn the expectations of the job.

Best experience on the job:  I was able to enjoy a 5-day cruise with one of the individuals and being a part of an experience he has never been able to participate in.
