Favorite part of the job: I love getting to work with children at such a young age. The preschool years are so important and truly the foundation for the rest of a child's educational career. Getting to spend time with each student individually and seeing their personalities shine through is so special. Communication is such an important part of daily life and I love being able to help my students find their best way to communicate.

Best experience on the job:  Any time I get to see my students communicating spontaneously and independently communicating instantly makes my day!
