Favorite part of the job: My favorite part of my job is to know that i am making a difference in the lives of the people i serve. Whenever i see them happy, i know for sure that i am doing the right thing. Regardless the daily challenge you can face at work, their happiness and the ability for them to express and advocate for themselves matter to me a lot.

Best experience on the job: My best experience in my current position is that i have allowed them to be as dependent as they can be.

I was able to guide and teach one of my people on getting a job and the requirements. I helped him to get ready for the interview, and now he is currently working for Jawonio. I was able to do a community assessment to allow him to take public transportation on his own and he is also taking online college classes to get his certificate.
