Favorite part of the job: My favorite part of my job is seeing participants grow while learning prevocational skills. I strive to see their independence, confidence, and passion flourish once they have graduated from prevocational services. I also enjoy watching individuals find jobs that match their abilities and preferences. 😊

Best experience on the job:  The best experience I’ve had as an Employment Specialist has been facilitating a Work-Readiness program, Discover U! I love connecting with community members, university staff, students, and others to provide the best services possible for the participants I support. Graduation day was, by far, my favorite!
