Favorite part of the job: Engaging with the participants, getting to know them every day. Caring for the participants and keeping them safe and happy throughout the day. Having fun with them, showing them unconditional love.

Best experience on the job:  During the pandemic it was wonderful to serve our participants virtually and face to face, bringing out the best in them and helping them throughout such a difficult time. Seeing them smile, making them smile. They are very special and unique and they give me a reason to be at work every day. They are precious. every day is special with our guys in my life!

Movie Moment: I remember feeling a little bit down once but wasn't showing an signs that would exhibit that emotion. Out of the blue one of my participants reached out and said softly "I love you." That changed my life and I needed that.
