Favorite part of the job: My favorite part about my job is supporting those in need and watching them make improvements in their quality of life. I get satisfaction out of being useful to people supported as well as staff.

Best experience on the job: The best experience I had in my current position is having an individual go from having multiple restrictions due to safety concerns to having alone time in the community due to being completely stable.
