For the first time in its Human Resources Conference history, CP State is presenting the Human Resources Impact Award. This award recognizes an outstanding HR professional within the I/DD field who exemplifies excellence in leadership, innovation, and commitment to workforce development.
CP State is honored to present this inaugural award to Melissa Roth, Chief Human Resources Officer at Aspire of WNY. Throughout her career, Melissa has demonstrated impactful HR strategies, championed employee well-being and inclusion, and contributed to strengthening organizational culture and retention. The award celebrates the hard work Melissa has done to not only advance Human Resources needs within Aspire of WNY, but it celebrates her contributions to bettering the I/DD field at large.
